1969 Mustang Mach I

Despite being referred to as a 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429, John Wick’s car (driven by actor Keanu Reeves) during the John Wick Trilogy of films (soon to be a tetralogy) are really a 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1, dressed up like Boss 429. Clues that it’s more likely a Mach 1 include the chin spoiler, interior, hood pins, and hood scoop.

this beautiful car was introduced in the first John Wick movie. The tetralogy plot: John Wick was an assassin who left the industry because he fell in love. Wick’s wife passes away and days later he received a puppy as a gift from her. Shortly after, he’s pulled back into his dangerous life because his 1969 Mustang is stolen by Russian gangsters. He then hunts down those who stole his car and wreaks havoc. (Warning: these movies are intensely graphic.)

It’s not an automotive-geared movie series, however, the cars are beautiful!
